Queue Adele's "Hello"

(Hello its me!)

I have loved music since the day I was born...literally. My mom claims the soothing sounds of classical music was the only thing that kept me from crying.

At 2 years old she said I began to hum as if I was trying to sing, but didn't know many words.

At 4 I learned my first song: the star spangled banner. A song I would go on to perform at high school football games and assembly's.

I always knew I loved music. Nothing made me happier than singing my heart out to Alicia Keys or Etta James and recording it for my future self to see.

When I entered middle school I joined choir under Ms. Broadway (yes that is her real name) and found a love for performing. When I was 13 I decided to audition for the reality tv show, X factor, an experience that changed my life.

I will save this story for another time, but this was the beginning of the journey to becoming who I am.

I may have not told you a lot about myself, but it is because I feel it is easier to do so through music. Come on this journey with me to discuss music, production, collaboration and performance and learn more about who I am and what makes me 'me'.
